He has been caught at Knox Tatoo & Body Piercing in Barbourville, Kentucky by the Google Latitude service!

Ofcourse there could be some other explanation, however that would not be very interesting! So I think we should try guess what tattoo the king has got!

No, I do not. The box without a line is where I work at. the box with a line is actually where the tattoo shop is located. Perhaps it detected me when I was going to lunch, getting a soda, (as you do sometimes have to walk over there to get one. As our soda machine break's oftenly.) or perhaps the gps was just off a bit.

Glad to see you're making sure of this new feature you have. (The spy feature!!)

The building directly under my becon thing, is actually a flower shop and the black building behind that is a Pharmacy. The large building in the top right is the Post office. I also notice it says DQ is right there but it's not, its actually a bit more to the right following Knox ST.

I didnt think Google had labels for shops around here, however they do now... as you mention they appear to have got the majority of them in the wrong place!

Same here, the lables are on the right street just a few buildings out... maybe he really was getting a soda?!?
