i think what we need instead of this public thing is something like facebook at the bottom of the page like facebook an d have friends list but i dont thhink it would word since they cannot modify vbulletin but anyways would love to see that and id be a lot of people that are technologically smart would come here instead of facebook (me) because you have a fun place to be at and lots of arcade games. thanks

Digiex does have an IRC, though it's usually pretty empty. I myself haven't been on the IRC but once or twice because I was the only one on at those times. Flashchat is pretty similar to the IRC so isn't really needed.

There is no shoutbox as usually they end up just getting abused on most forums, it would also take away discussion from the forums which could be looked back on by anyone at any time.

We did have an IRC channel years ago, however as far as i'm aware its pretty much dead. No one really used it that much.
