install games to USb drive?

i updated my xbox 360 with april 6 update? and i have 16 gb pen drive with xbox 360 formatted, i can play xbox demos as well as transfer save contains to my usb drive but when i transfer or move (install games ) contains from my xbox 360 hardrive to my usb pen drive it gives error " this item cannot be move between storage devices" and can you tell me is there any way that i can install games to my usb pen drive instead of xbox 360 HDD directly from game DVD? my usb pen drive is xbox 360 formatted which was done by using April 6 update .

please help me?
