Source code only. There's no ready-built exe in this zip, so if you just want to convert a game, you want ISO2GOD 
For everyone else, this is the C source of a command-line converter that turns an Xbox 360 ISO into a Games on Demand (SVOD) container. It reads the ISO, pulls default.xex to get the title's details, writes the SVOD data files and builds the content header. The program builds as iso2god.exe:

Build it on Windows with Visual Studio, using iso2god/iso2god.sln. It uses windows.h, so Windows only. It carries its own XeCrypt crypto library and mspack/LZX for decompressing XEX files, along with prebuilt zlib, libxml2 and libiconv static libraries.
