J-Runner with Extras is the all-in-one Windows tool for Jtag / RGH Xbox 360 consoles. It reads and writes NAND, gets the CPU key, builds a hacked NAND image with xeBuild and flashes it back, and bundles the helpers around that, so a console can be updated or rebuilt from one program.

This is the official 3.4.0 r7 release (20 September 2026). The full package is 1,100+ files, including xeBuild, the Changelog and Requirements.txt. One file is deliberately missing: xeBuild/data/key.bin.
How to install / use:
Not included: key.bin, which every xeBuild-based tool needs and which you must provide yourself.

How to install / use:
- Unzip the download to a folder of its own and read Requirements.txt for the .NET and driver requirements.
- Supply your own key.bin (the 1BL key, 16 bytes) in xeBuild/data. Digiex does not host it.
- Run JRunner.exe, connect your NAND-X, Xbox 360 Flasher or Raspberry Pi Pico and follow the steps for your console.
