[JTAG] Can't launch kinect games

I have a jtag xbox for awhile now but haven't used it for about 2 years. It has a really old dashboard (8955), I used nandpro xbr lpt port to flash it. I was able to create image and update to the latest dash without any problems. I came across this tutorial, got kinect/avatar all setup, however I have a small problem. Every time I launched "Kinect Sports 2", it'd tell me to update, but after trying to update, it'd give me an error code "Status code: 3F4A - 0000 - D080 - 0200 - 8007 - 2751". I've spent at least 6 -7 hrs trying to do different things with no luck. Anybody have any ideas?

You need to run the official system update for which ever dashboard you are on, just be sure to never run an update newer then what ever dash you updated to. It has to be the update for the dash your jtag is on otherwise you will ruin it.

This will install the kinect / avatar data which you have to have to play any kinect game.
