Lost files -Xbox360 JTAG

HI,
i have an xobx360 slim which is jtagged.Its just 5 months old and i have not played any games on it because my parents wouldn't give it to me due to my exams and all..But now as the exams are over they gave it to me.softwares like xexmenu and NXE2GOD were installed on it.But as i am a noob i dont even know what they are.I tried to watch a movie in it but it said 'media update required;' and all.So i downloaded the media update from this site.But i dont know how to install it.I did not find any content folder in mys hdd.Then accidently i transfered all the files from my xbox hdd to my usb including xexmenu and all and accidently i removed the usb.So know there is no xex menu or nxe2god in my library.I tried to copy back the files from my usb but it said that it myust be customized or configured(that screen when we first plug a usb).But i copied that files to my pc as a backup.
So guys please tell me how to transfer those data files from my pc to that xbox360 again and regain that xexmenu and nxe2god.Please tell me how to install those update too.

If you are unsure on how to burn CD images have a look at Digiex's guide on How to burn BIN, CUE, DI, DVD, GI, IMG, ISO, MDS, NRG and PDI images to disc. (Remember to unzip the ISO!)

When the disc has burned put it in your 360, it will be read as a Mixed Media Disc, go to the Game Library and you should see XEX Menu 1.1, load it up. (Select exit if you are asked to sign a profile in)

After that you can use XEX Menu to copy home brew applications from a FAT32 formatted USB memory stick or hard drive to the Xbox's internal hard drive.

When we download a jtag rip game,does it include all movies and sounds? cause its really smaller than the original ones.I need video and sounds in my games!

That would really depends on who has ripped the game, however helping with downloading games is not something we can do on Digiex.
