Modding is possible. If you want to install mods to minecraft, install them to C:\Program Files\mcvtool\minecraft.VERSION.jar instead

Question.

I am on a Mac running OS X, and I want to install mods into the launcher. I put the mod (specifically mocreatures) in the user folder, but it didn't work. can anyone explain to me exactly what I should be doing?

Thanks,

Apply mocreatures to Minecraft then copy the .jar to the user folder.

Such as, if you installed the suggested mod. Copy the .jar from the mods folder to the user folder then apply the mocreatures to that .jar inside the user folder.

I just finished updating my Mac tool. If you're using the old version still just load it up and it will auto update you to this one.

Its got more features than me perhaps? ;)

Edit: Had a few auto updating issues after releasing it. So if you are already using it and something isn't working correctly.
