Completed: Minecraft Wood Premium Theme (unlocked from Minecraft Xbox 360 game)

[Dig]

I'm not sure if it is possible to extract this theme from the game. I know other themes that have been unlocked from games have been posted here.

To unlock the theme you need to start Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition, pause the game, press Y, and upload a photo to Facebook.

Its possible, tested on another console / profile and it works fine.
