Need help fixing my Xbox one S

Hello, I've been searching the net for a possible fix for my xbox one S I bought two weeks ago from Letgo. I had been playing on it for awhile until the console said I couldn't play any games online until an update was performed for 10.0.19041.3068. Well, the update kept failing at 1%,so I set the console back to factory settings and now I can't get past the set up section. I'm in an update loop.

Try installing the latest Xbox One System Update via USB, hopefully you can update that way.

same problem with my xbox one S? cant update via USB. ive also change my HD with SSD
