Need Help with Screwed up Dashboard.

Xbox360 Xenon (Launch Date Console)
I bet you've not seen a problem like this before. Please read and help if you can.

BEFORE
* 8495 Beta installed with no problems.
* I've inserted a usb includes new 8496 Beta
* A Question appeared upon startup. (Update Now / Cancel)
* I removed usb memory, put a 7371 Dashboard (Fall 2008)
* inserted usb memory includes 7371 (Question is Still on the screen)
* Hit "UPDATE NOW"
* Progressbar is fulled, but an error message appeared at the end. (Can't Update)

AFTER
* Dashboard freezes immediately after 3D Card Menu comes.
* When I insert a game and hit repeatedly "A" Button, GAME RUNS.
* I can back to dashboard with eject button.
* Dashboard version is 2.0.8496. (Interesting!)
* GUIDE MENU IS NO MORE. NEVER APPEARS, so
a) I can't log in to my account. (Freeze)
b) I can't select drive to make a savegame. (Freeze)
c) I can't select display resolution (Back to 640x480 after every attempt)
d) I CAN'T UPDATE ANYMORE (FREEZE UPON STARTUP, XBOX LOGO is Keep spinning but nothing happens)

NOTE: Clearing failed updates with Sync button, is helpless.

What do you think about double kernel solutions? May it work?

Try putting on the newest update which you should have on anyway (9199). Download it from Get Updates for Your Xbox 360 Console - Xbox.com

As I've said before, It doesn't work. Console freezes at startup and xbox logo keep spinning. (I waited for one hour, it was still spinning) Dashboard's guide menu is completely damaged. So Xbox360 can't ask me for "Update now / Cancel" anymore. I want to upload a video to show this problem clearly.

No, console has hitachi drive with modified firmware. Mainboard is unmodified&clean. Forcing to Install a Dashboard externally works?

I can see Kernel Doubler chips to install two dashboard versions. It it possible to rescue console from this state?
