Older Nokia phones, the ones from before Windows Phone, came with their own PC companion, and Nokia Suite is it. It backs up and restores the phone, copies music, photos and files, syncs contacts and the calendar, installs apps and updates the phone's software. This is version 3.8.48 in its full 106 MB offline installer, so it doesn't depend on Nokia's servers to finish installing like the small web installer does.

Got phones from other makers as well? Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1, Samsung Kies 2.6.4 and Zune Software 4.8 cover those.
Update: Nokia Suite is no longer developed, and anything that needs Nokia's servers, such as fetching new phone software, may no longer work.
