hi guys i got black ops NTSC but my console Pal ,how can i play? any suggestion plz!!!

Unless you can Jtag it, which I'm rather sure you can't as you've played recent games on it (from what it sounds like). There isn't much you can do. If it's an option, send it back, if not, you're outta luck.

I'm surprised Blackops is not working on your PAL console as the NTSC version is listed as working in all regions on Play-Asia: Buy Call of Duty: Black Ops (Xbox360) - Play-Asia.com
A lot of NTSC games are region free, so will work on any 360 regardless of its region.
Same with ABGX, 3 copies of the game have been verified and there is no NTSC only copy listed: abgx360 - Verified

Was going to say my NTSC copy of the game has no region locks, unless you have an NTSC-J copy it should play on any console.
