Play DVD Disc Error!

I keep getting the play DVD disc error and was wondering what are some fixes for it.

I've already cleaned the laser lens & deleted the software update (in system settings under storage)

What could be the problem and how could I maybe fix this?
I don't think it could be the motor because it's spinning pretty fast.
 
Is this 360 flashed, or have you attempted to flash it?

I presume you are trying to play original games?
