Problem with "installed data" disc games

So I just went to play Phantom Pain over the weekend to find that when it loads it comes up with a message saying that I don't have the installed data installed from disc 1. Now this was a game ripped from disc in 2019 and I've played it through before, admittedly on another RGH, but all I have done is swap out the hard drive to a new RGH. I have a similar problem on Black Ops 3 saying I don't have the update pack installed when I do. I checked GTA V as they has an install disc but that worked fine.

Any ideas?
