Rechargeable Batteries For Xbox Guitar

Recently I bought 8 rechargeable batteries for both my Xbox 360 controller and my Xbox 360 guitar (Powerowl is the brand to be exact) and they work great with my Xbox controller however they will not fit at all in my guitar, is there another brand of rechargeables that would be recommended?
 
Unfortunately most rechargeable cells are fatter than alkaline. I do recommend Ladda brand from IKEA if you want high quality for good price. You need to check dimensions before buying.
