what did you do and are you in the uk i got the gears of war 3 xbox and i can see it but keeps crashing when i hit play its black screen need to openm dvd try to make it put me back to dash plz help

Am not new to this did this with loads of free dlc in the past. I am on the new dash i stay in the UK but it keeps freezesing my xbox i open the dvd try and it sends me back to dash u got it on my 16gb usb pen i can see it on my xbox but cant just keep getting black screen i want to play this today any help would be nice av tryed offline and online old xbox to new xbox IS this USA DEMO

Follow my directions from here.Delete the demo from the usb drive and re transfer it.
