Sgs young no connection

Hey, I have SGS YOUNG and I dont know why but suddnly I get ''No Connection'' for no reason
so i checked it and the verison of the store is the lasted and i dont understand because i can surf the interned and i can send messeges

what should i do?

and only things i found in google is upgrade my verison or take out the battery and i tried everything
