Simple 360 NAND Flasher by Swizzy is an Xbox 360 homebrew program that dumps and flashes the console's own NAND from the console itself. It runs on a Jtag / RGH console (or a retail console running a BadUpdate payload that exposes the CPU key) and is the usual way to take a NAND backup before changing anything.
