it does say

1. The Demo is exclusive to Xbox 360®.
2. You must have an Xbox LIVE® Gold Account to participate in the Demo.

then when you submit ya info it says something along the lines of 'upon being successful 'blah blah blah' you will receive a "code you use to redeem" etc etc'

think that says it all about it being on the 360 only
