Information:
This demo doesn't require a modified console and isn't console locked. If you need more help then whats included in the instructions, perhaps try this guide if burning multiple demos or this one if burning only a single demo.

Tony Hawk's Project 8 immerses players in the definitive skateboarding experience using ultra realistic graphics, enhanced physics, and extremely responsive controls that simulate the feeling of skating with every trick and bail. The game challenges players to experience the intensity and pressure of skating against some of the world's top pros in true to life competitions as they aim to become the #1 skater.

Instructions:
Extract the thp8.rar (You'll need WinRAR to do that)
Use a burning program to burn the content folder to CD or DVD. (In some cases DVD will work better. Imgburn seems to be the best program for burning!)
Insert CD/DVD, go to Demos tab on your Xbox 360 dashboard, select the game.

someone please update this.. a lot of demos are missing from demo packs or can't download them

Hii. This appears in the demo, I don't know how to transfer it to the console and make it work.

The files there are extracted from the demo container, so will only work on a Jtag / RGH console. You would FTP these to the internal hard drive on a hacked console, or load from a FAT32 formatted USB drive.
