Tranformers Devastation DLC, XBpirate and .xcp archives

Hi everyone I'm new, my english isn't good but here is my problem: Recently I tried during so much time to have the dlc of tranformers devastation the bundle pack, I found four sites for download this dlc but always is the same archive, and the dlc don't work, (In the 6 years that I have downloaded content for my console with rgh this is the only dlc that has caused me problems), after a lot of wrong attemps I changed my search method, what if I download the .xcp file of the dlc?, the URL of this dlc is in the famous list of the user grilledcheese, but the dlc is encrypted with hexadecimal key, at this point I didn't know what to do; but I found the plugin for some servers the xbpirate which can access the Xbox 360 marketplace, of course the version before the closure, and here is my question if the plugin is able to download the content of this store, (obviously with some limitations) What if this plugin is intercepting the keys we need for the .xcp files?, for discontinued game as a transformers devastation Is there any way for the plugin to download the content of the game?, if we have the url of the resource.
