Trying to play GTA 5 but keeps on freezing

I'm trying to play GTA 5 on my Xbox 360 elite but it always freezes after the logo. I cleared my system cache, I reinstall the game and played offline. What do I do?

Is this a legit purchased game or something you have downloaded?

The disc might be scratched? or the console is overheating?

The disc is not scratched and the console that I used never overheated before

Out of curiosity, you are using the "play" disc and not the "install"disc correct? perhaps if you have the option available to borrow the install disc from someone and use that to install the game. the disc could have a micro scratch close the center and can cause just enough that a invalid block happens. I had Gears of war 2 that had the tiniest scratch and it installed just fine but but chapter 2 would free at the exact same spot.
Also, I notice you made a post the other day regarding a disc that the top of the disc is scratched or missing part of the image, if that is the case with your GTA5, that can cause the problem too.
