update ps3 game from pc problem

hello guys :

i have "destiny" game and i want to update the game via pc to prevent internet connection off or power ... so i downloaded recently "ps3 proxy server" and connected with pc and downloaded the first update it was 8 giga but the problem is i cant bring update from pc to ps3 i dont why ps3 download update again and not take it from pc any one had this problem before ... is there any way to bring update file from pc to ps3 without jailbreak ???

I believe you need a hacked PS3 to install any PKG files you download. If you have a PS3 with custom firmware you have an option on the XBM to install PKG files from a USB memory stick.
