it is rgh. I updated it from https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/xbox-360/console/system-updates-info#:~:text=Some Kinect games require a console software update to work properly.&text=If you can't connect,use the FAT32 file system. by flash drive. I updated it because my Kinect is saying it needs to update

Unfortunately using a newer system update to restore the kinect data will brick a Jtag / RGH.
What happens when you power the Xbox 360 on with the DVD eject button? if it boots in to Xell you can flash a hacked nand backup and the Xbox 360 working again.

Connect a network cable and dump the existing nand as described here: https://digiex.net/threads/xbox-360...oard-17502-with-xebuild-gui.12895/#post-68858
After you have done that use this nand as a source to build a new hacked nand: Xbox 360 Jtag or RGH Hack Easy Update to Dashboard 17502 with XeBuild GUI

The other option is to take the console back to who ever modded the console and ask them to help, they will have the hardware to re flash it for you.

ok so I got a network cable and when I connect it to Xbox 360 it is giving me IP address 192.168.1.99. when I try to write this on chrome it didn't load.

The device with Chrome on needs to be on the same network as the Xbox 360 (both connected to the same router)
Also add http:// before it, so http://192.168.1.99

Open Command Prompt and type ipconfig /all you should then see something like this below:

Your Computer and 360 should be on the same network then, what happens when the 360 has Xell loaded and you type ping 192.168.1.99 in command prompt?

I suspect the 360 is not actually connected to your network, looking at your router is their any indication that it is?
