What are GoD games for xbox 360

Hello,

Just wondering what are GoD games?

I have the COD: BO game and want the new maps like first strike, resurrection and so on. Do i just need the maps and just inject it to my xbox 360 HDD or do i need the GoD to work?

also can i just inject the maps to a flashdrive or directly to a the xbox HDD?

god games are bought from the marketplace and be played without a disc.
you need a license for the maps or a profile
 
there is a profile that comes with the maps.. can I used these maps and profile on my game without the GoD game?
 
so i just need to inject the profiles and maps onto the xbox HDD with USBXTAFGUI_v44?
Also, can I use my own profile to play on these maps? for examply, just sign in the profile that comes with the maps, but not use it to play, then also sign in with my own profile? or do i have play with the profile it comes with?
 
my box isnt and cant be jtagged...

also, i dont play online.. my box is for offline, not because its banned (i bought it used, so im not sure if it is or not) but coz im cheap and dont feel like paying to play online when i can play online free on PC or PS3...

also, out of curiosity, what does GoD stand for? Games On Demand?

Here is how to play the maps with the profile you have got .
You need controllers .
The first one needs to signed in with the profile from the maps .
Start the game with the profile from the maps .
Then go to multiplayer and system link or offline combat training ( split screen ) .
Once there sign in the second controller with your profile .
Now sign into Xbox Live with your profile and you should be able to play the new maps .


Warning :
You can get banned for using non-Jtag contend , especially Black Ops .
A couple of people already have been banned for using the free Black Ops maps using the god contend .

hmm.. i cant play these maps offline, so theres no point in me installing the maps then...

are all DLC content for online playing or are there some that you can play offline?

? you can play the maps offline. I play them through XLink Kai online .
BTW , the best way not to get banned is to play non-Jtag or GOD contend offline .
 
Load the multiplayer with the modded profile that was with the maps . After you loaded the multiplayer , sign in your normal profile on your second controller .
Now go to xbox live with your second controller ( your profile ) and you should be able to play the new maps .

The banned account he talks about is the account / profile you've got from the map-packs.

1 - log you out of all profiles ( in dashboard )
2-Do not press Start before the log in your profile
3- go to zombies then SOLO now sign in from Control 2 profile modded.

4- now you see map pack Rezzurection then Press Click on the map moon after then Sign out Control 2 profile modded ( Psychosic6 ).

5- now If you entered the map Moon Click start and then quit

6-now go to zombies then XBOX LIVE then Enjoy the game ^ــ^

Or go to ...360iso & read the topics about non-JTAG stuff .

@ Admin or mods : Can you please close this topic , i explained how this works a couple of times now.
