Ive used my Xbox 360 over 3G and let me say, no! ;) 1200ms+ ping is not suitable for any multiplayer games. Just for signing in though and getting updates/leaderboards and chatting to friends is manageable though.

Did we not play Gears, Halo and a few other games perfectly fine over 3g during the first year of uni?

Halo 3 yes, only because that has client side hit detection and tons of counter measures for lag (one of the best netcodes iv ever used) but Gears was beyond awful ;)

I know what you mean about the LAG hey, if you try hosting a game, it takes forever for everything to actually come up, then during gameplay, the lag affect's your game so badly, you shoot a somebody, and then 5-10 sec's later the bullets come out of the gun!! lag is just such an annoyance!! all i can do is chat, update leaderboards and now and then try download some content, and even then it takes abit of a while...

I would actually like to take back my previous statement about PS3 being able to go online with just a 3g card plugged straight into the PS3, i actually went past my lil bro's place last nite to check out the PS3, turn out my lil bro didnt actually go online with the 3g card, he's young so he dont understand, appearantly the PS3 is just like the XBox, needs ethernet cable plugged in to the PS3 to the pc, and works with ICS... anyway, aside from the bluetooth and Blu Ray player, PS3 is a glorified Xbox...Just Xbox is better!

They are both the same. PS3 may have slightly better graphics which are unoticable.

Anyway, hat bundle is the only games I would want so that was good buy.

A review will be up at some point when I’ve finished testing it out, its very small but that pic makes it look massive.
 
The PSPs XMB isn't too bad. It does look a little boring after awhile but so does the 360 Dashboard. Good thing about a modded PSP is you can make the XMB look entirely different.
 
The most I’ve ever spent on a Blu-ray is £7-8, there’s no point in buying really new Blu-rays.

Check out movietyme.com i think it is a US based website, I’ve got a few cheap Blu-rays off there in the past as they have no problem shipping to the UK.
