X360 transfer cable

Will that have any problems EVER if i use it to connect my HDD to my PC? (Profiles deleted, content deleted etc.)

In the 3 years i've used a cable to hook up my 360 hard drive to my PC, i've never had a file corrupt on me or delete. Best advice I can give to prevent things like that, is never unplug the device when it's in the middle of transferring.
