when i want to update jtag xbox 360 by your way insane nutter my xbox yellow light blows but no boot

What happens if you power the Xbox on with the eject button? do you see Xell?
 
At a guess from what you have said the 360 is bricked, you'd have to flash your nand backup back to the 360 with a hardware flasher such as the Nand-X to recover the console.

CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME THE STEPS FOR RECOVER?
 
You will need to buy hardware such as the jr programmer to flash the backup of the nand you made back to the Xbox 360.

Whoever modified the Xbox 360 for you should be able to fix it very easily.
