Excuse me RICK.. Is that working with Jtag. because want update new version but i scare that way will block my xbox. can u tell me know,, please

This is the official microsoft update.
I dont fully understand what you mean,are you saying you have a Jtag?,because if you do then you should know that this is NOT how you update it.If your Jtag has been updated to 2.0.16547.0 through xebuild first,then you can run this to install avatar & kinect data.
 
I mean is i want update my xbox new version to play some games like NFS Revals, BTF 4.... but my xbox is Jtag , that way in video look easy. So if i follow that video to update something will block my xbox or not thing. Because i use flash360 and XeBuild is not work they said error.
 
Ok,you dont have a Jtag! you have an RGH,can you tell me what xbox you have? example;slim trinity/corona,phat Jasper,falcon....what chip coolrunner/matrix & can you still see xell reloaded?
 
my xbox is xbox360 last version i hack my xbox allready.( It's Jtag), i don't know my chip or something you said,because i'm not open my xbox before. i just want update my xbox is 16547, i think you can help me but with your ways is not working with me... so thank you for help, i hope in future somebody will help you like you help me.

If it has a chip its not Jtag & if you are on 16547 "my xbox is xbox360 last version" NFS rivals will work,no game uses/needs 16547 yet.I asked those questions so i can help you update it,if you dont say nobody can help.
 
so... do u have other way to update 16547 because my xbox now is 16302. i know that way up there is easy but i just worry they lock my Xbox, like Playstation. that's all.
 
my xbox is Jtag like Jailbrek on Iphone. ( Free app, free game) on internet have 2 ways to update 16547 for Jtag. but 2 ways that's not working with me and some other people.

Hey guys, my flash drive is read, but when the message pop out and i hit yes,
it start to extracting just for few second, a message show. it says the update
failed:| and show some digits i dont understand

Hey Ive been stuck on this for months. I get system update failed. Cant update your console please visit xbox support. Status code: 4099-40A3-B680-2500-C000-0185.
I have gotten the update on a flash drive and cd and I still get the error code . Every now and then I get it to say applying update but it will always stop halfway across and give me this error again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Ello Rick sorry to add yet more questions but hopefully a yes will suffice and so not be too taxing on ye.. Lool :p

Just to clarify... Is this update important/essential or is it just cosmetic (specially if for a modded box with freestyle which can't connect to 'live' anyways)?
