You have to wait, you will be able to go on live when your console officially gets sent the update from Microsoft.

As you already have the update you will just be able to go back on live when this happens.

The update will be distributed in six separate groups between 19th and 30th May, so you will be back on live by May 30th.

Yes thats because your console should not have a Dashboard version higher than 12625, as it does its not allowed on live.

When Microsoft send the 13146 update to your console it will be able to sign back in to live.

Having Y: 00A8 - 6820 means your console has/had a mod chip in.

It should be 0000-0000 or be something like this XXXX-4840/4820

I could be completely wrong bud & it could be to do with having the update too early, maybe someone else can tell for sure, I'm just going off those two sites.
