Xbox 360 Dashboard Update 2.0.13604.0 Download with Avatars

How to install:

1.) Unrar the download
2.) Copy the $SystemUpdate folder to the root of a CD or USB Stick (The memory stick must be FAT or Fat32 formatted)
3.) Insert the CD or USB Stick into your Xbox 360 console.
4.) You will be automatically prompted to update with a USB stick, with a CD / DVD it should say Mixed Media Disc, power down the 360 and power it on again. You should be ask to update before the 360 boots to the dashboard.
5.) Once the update is complete your Xbox 360 will restart then boot up to the new dashboard. Enjoy!

This update doesn't reflash the drive. If you have 1.91 or 2.0 it will still stay.

Yes,this update doesn't reflashes the dvd drive but only if you're on 1.9 or higher.Otherwise it will i think.I updated my stock xbox360 s and there are no new features.MS says that ecurity of the Xbox 360 has been updated. and Prepare the Xbox 360 for next updates.So in my opinion you don't have to worry for this update.I personally think it's safe.The new metro style dashboard will be released in 25th of november(BlackFriday) so be aware.

They just said it was a maintenance update, which from the looks of it, it was just that. Happens every year before a big update.

i found out when recovering profiles it no longer asks for a storage device when straight to the hdd

Think with this update MS have patched games saves ID swapping cos when i change the ids and put it on my pen drive. The xbox cant find any game save on it.

i bought a new copy game ,, and it told me i need an update to play it ,, so i followed the steps in this thread ,, and the update is done ,, but the game didnt work ,, i tried other copied games i had and played before and they also didnt work ,,
why is this happening !!

please advice !

You need to re-flash your drive to LT+ 2.0 (you need to get your key which is most important)
