Xbox 360 HDD Showing 0 Sectors

My 500GB Xbox 360 currently has every software update up to the final one, my Xbox profile and multiples games installed/saved, however I have discovered on Hex Workshop that the drive is still filled only with 0s. When I purchased the HDD I completely wiped it and restored the security sector and since then it works perfect except the drive being filled with 0s. Is there a way to fix it? I am worried that can result in data loss
 
I'm not totally sure of the issue.

So the hard drive works ok in the Xbox 360 and you can access your content on it? if so what is the purpose of looking at Hex Workshop?
