XBOX 360 JTAG Power brick problem

Hi.
I'm new here in the forum. I'm here because of my xbox360 jtagged power problem. The moment I connect the power cord it turns red but never turns green after I pushed the power button. Seldom it turns on/ powers on. It seems I have tried everything I read and viewed at you tube. TIA to those who will help.

The console could be bricked, or have the RRoD. if you power it on with the eject button does it load Xell?

If not do certain controller indication lights flash on / off?
