Xbox 360 jtag unformatting my hard drive and not picking USB

Xbox 360 jtag unformatting my hard drive again and agin after i format it and USB showing sometimes but sometimes not showing on storage devices, also there are no avatars showing up and kinect is not being connected and also point to note is my DVD rom is not reading dvds ,How to fix this!!!!!!
