Hmm, I didn't think about that possibility, might as well take that into consideration when I buy the Kinect, maybe a new one from stores isn't updated. Anyway, thanks a lot for answering all my questions, you've been of great help!!!

Hello again, today I finally got to try and update the Xbox 360, but I got two situations, the first when I tried to launch Xell i couldn't do it, either by pressing the eject button or going in the file manager on Freestyle 3, I tried to Download only the xell from this link: https://digiex.net/threads/xell-lau...pport-and-a-quickboot-shortcut-download.9158/ , without the demos shortcut but i couldn't launch xell using this one as well. The other situation is when I tried to dump the NAND this error appeared very fast on the screen No Nand Found Error.jpg
After this the screen went to the normal state when you launch the NAND flasher but with an error message: Error occurred.jpg
I got some info on the dashlaunch, maybe it will help to know what's going on: Info on the Board.jpg
Please help me solve these issues!!

You have a Corona revision of the 360 which is quite new compared to the older revisions of the 360, Nand Flasher 360 doesn't appear to support these consoles. However if you can get in to Xell, you can still dump your nand.

I suspect Xell is actually running when you power the console on with the eject button? i presume you are just getting a blank screen? if so and you have a network cable connected your router should give the Xbox 360 an IP address, so you can access the console via a web browser using this ip address (for example http://192.168.1.111) to obtain the CPU key, and so on.

How can I know if the console is running the Xell ? I never saw the Xell screen before and never used it. I connected the VGA cable like you said in the tutorial for the first time in the console to see if I could see the Xell screen but nothing happened. Is there some configuration to get Xell running, like a specific place to put it in the Xbox 360 storage devices ? My Xbox 360 is connected via WiFi in the network, does that work too or do I have to get a cable to do what you mentioned ?

You need to be connected via Ethernet, WiFi won't work.
