Xbox 360 New Dashboard Screenshots Leak 2.0.14XXX.0

Several strings referencing the Xbox 360 inside the Windows 8 kernel were discovered recently. “XBOX_360_SYSTEM_CRASH” and “XBOX_360_SYSTEM_CRASH_RESERVED” are present in ntoskrnl.exe, part of the Windows NT kernel. The strings hint at Windows 8 being a “companion device” for the Xbox.

According to what I have been told. It's 100% real, it's an early alpha build of the new dashboard shown at E3. As you can see, it's pretty incomplete and is extremely buggy which is normal for an alpha. It is apparently 2.0.143XX.0 series. Then again, microsoft deleted the videos which clearly shows it is infact 100% real.

Edit: I don't see why it is taking so long to be released. It looks pretty stable and finished already ;/ Anyone know the release date?
 
why does everyone always come back here to the forums when new dashboards come out. damn i started this with 12416 and look what comes out but the dashboard alpha number is 14385 btw

If you are referring to me, then yes. You are correct, I only come here when there are new dashboard betas etc. There is really nothing else here for me but that to discuss.

guy that has dev kit said should be released late august to late october and he told me it will be going in waves again so prepare for a ban wave as usual and a dvd flash while upgrading

lol i wouldnt go that far but if there modding and ruining online games then id say yes anthing else i coudnt care less cant say ive never pirated anything at least most people have done it in their life wether it be games music moves software opertaing systems

Anything you can download from Digiex is posted publicly in the forums, FTP is not required to download anything.

I personally have nothing against modded consoles, they can and are used for a lot more than piracy. It depends on the person really, some want them to pirate things, other want to use the hardware they have to it's full potential.
