Xbox 360 Slim Problem

Sometimes i turn my console off and the disc spins very loud,has anyone experienced this before?

Take the disc out? And my mate has a slim, never had any problems with it.

The only probablem i have with it is when you turn it off it stays on for like a minute.

All 360's have this problem. If you have background downloads on, then your 360 stays on to check if there are downloads, when it notices there aren't any it finally turns off.

Yes I've experienced it a couple of times before, don't know how to replicate it but it sounds really bad & loud, I usually power back on & then straight off again to stop it when it happens.
