Xbox App Streaming Error! HELP

Hey, it's me again...

So this is an error that happens commonly, not all the time, but it happens randomly, and it is happening to me right now. So, everytime I try to stream, it says "To continue, sign in on your console using this account". When, in-fact, I'm signed in on both the Xbox app and my console on the same account, and I made sure no one else is logged in. Can someone help me get rid of this issue forever? It is annoying as hell.

Take a look at this Xbox Support article and see if any of these steps work out for you, paying particular attention to the 'How to start game streaming from your Xbox One to your Windows 10 PC' section. You have to ensure that the console is enabled to stream to other devices.
