The Xbox Softmodding Tool by Rocky5 is the all-in-one package for softmodding an original Xbox. It installs the exploit, a dashboard and the files it needs through a menu-driven installer, with save exploits for several games and Endgame included.

This is version 1.3.0 (September 2026) as distributed by the author, with the Softmod Package, Documents and Installation Guide folders. The Endgame exploit and the legacy game saves are left packed as the installer expects them.
How to install / use:
