Xell Not Detecting Nand

I tried downgrading my jasper rgh 3 to 15574 but now the console turns on but doesnt give a display and doesnt light up the controller. Xell boots fine and i have a nand backup,when i try to flash xell doesnt detect it i have tried renaming it to nandflash.bin and updflash.bin , different usb and reformating and none of them worked. Tftp server doesnt pick up anything aswell. Any solution other than soldering a nand flasher?
