This is a download for just the latest version of Windows Live Messenger, you will not have to use the Windows Live installer which prompts you to install other programs such as Windows Live Writer. For people who have problems with the Windows Live Installer give this download a try.
I have also included the appropriate Mess patch with the settings I use to remove all the adverts and other rubbish included with Messenger.
To use the settings click next on I want to patch messenger, then click load and choose settings from file. Select the Digiex.ini file and you are good to go.
