This arcade trial doesn't require a modified console and isn't console locked. If you need more help then whats included in the instructions, perhaps try this guide if burning multiple arcade trial's or this one if burning only a single arcade trial.

You’ve entered the mysterious world of Shadow Complex. Now you must save Claire and stop the Restoration! Discover game-altering power-ups and weapons, plus more than 100 other items. Use new abilities to infiltrate the secret underground base. Defeat legions of enemies and battle futuristic bosses throughout the huge game world, with hours of intense gameplay unlike anything on Xbox LIVE Arcade!

Glitch: InsaneNutter has found a working glitch, this will allow you to play the full game! More information here.

Instructions:
Extract the sc.rar (You'll need WinRAR to do that)
Use a burning program to burn the content folder to CD or DVD. (In some cases DVD will work better. Imgburn seems to be the best program for burning!)
Insert CD/DVD, go to Demos tab on your Xbox 360 dashboard, select the game.
