And now so what? , I think there will be a way to bypass anti-piracy scheme 2.5, is not it? , I will not buy a new xbox for nothing
 
i actually think its end for flashed and jtag as this update is a 2 way thing its active while you are on live and now it is intergrated into the dashboard so unless somone makes a custom firmware it will be impossible to play backups as it will return unrecognised disc even if you flashed/jtag
