I have a HTC Desire which runs the latest Android 2.2, I did use Symbian for many years as I had various Nokia phones - Ngage QD, 6630 and the N95.

Attached some screenshots of my home screens, the one with the clock is the main one then as you might guess you swipe left and right to get to the others. All the other applications are stored in a menu you can access by pressing the arrow at the bottom left.

HTC Evo 4g running Android 2.2 here, I had an iPhone 3GS before that.

Some of my past home screens attached... the great thing about Android is how much you can customize it without having to root the phone. That's also the only problem as I find myself changing the phone's look ever week! ;)

As I have an Iphone 3GS I use IOS. Don't mind it as it's easy to use. Also jessenic, there is a way to vote for Windows Phone 7. It's the "other" option :P

The poll is rather weird, I would have thought iOS, Android and WebOS would be the first options, and then including things like Windows Phone 7, before considering very usual and underused options like Meomo.

Nokia always have packed amazing hardware in to there phones, its just a shame Symbian / Maemo / MeeGo are getting walked all over by Android and IOS at the moment.

By the time Nokia gets their act together with Meego even Windows Mobile 7 is going to be pretty well established... Nokia are going to be playing catch up for quite some time. I would love to see them release an Android device personally.
