What system update did you update from? and are you sure you have LT3+

The previous version of firmware was 17502 and my xbox is lt+3
It ran fifa 18 but after update firmware it cannot run it.
I think i have to reflash my xbox dvd rom to lt+3 again after update to this version (17526).

Do I have to reflash dvd rom to lt+3???

Where can I find the last and stable version of LT+3 ???
