Another Vita update, 3.67.
Download:
Download PS Vita Firmware 3.67
Unzip it to get PSP2UPDAT.PUP, then install it from the Vita's Settings > System Update > Update by Connecting to a PC, or from Safe Mode if the console won't start.
Updating is one way. Once the Vita is on 3.67 it stays on 3.67 or newer.
Update: h-encore, released in July 2018, works on 3.67 too.
Newer version: PS Vita System Software 3.68
