3.65 is out for the Vita. If you're on 3.60 for HENkaku, this is the update you don't want.
Download:
Download PS Vita Firmware 3.65
Unzip it to get PSP2UPDAT.PUP, then install it from the Vita's Settings > System Update > Update by Connecting to a PC, or from Safe Mode if the console won't start.
Keep the Vita on the charger while it installs.
Update: h-encore later brought homebrew to 3.65 as well, and 3.65 is one of the two firmwares enso can make permanent.
