Actually this update came out today, so no, no it hasn't.

Do the new Tu's still work with the 9199 Dashboard ?

[InsaneNutter]

I don't believe so, I couldn't get them to work on the 9199 dash anyway.

So how do i insert this update?

In the Content folder, but which folder within that? the 00000 or the EXXX?

[SpaceAce]

New titleupdates with short filenames go into:
Content\0000000000000000\<TitleID>\000B0000
