How to Install:

This is a Cache title update: the Xbox 360 keeps title updates named TU_… in the Cache of its hard drive, or of a USB drive configured for use in the Xbox 360.

1. Extract the zip.
2. Use a FATX tool such as Horizon or USB Xtaf to inject TU_11561V0_000000C000000.00000000000G3 into the Cache.
3. Start the game and the update loads with it. It only works with the version of the game whose Media ID is above.

I still have the problem with my disk being unreadable after dumping TU2 onto my harddrive. Any solutions to this issue?

for those who have problems
put your game and close the tray, then sign out your gamer profile and create or choose new and sign in,your profile must not have any game saves of fallout NV then click Play game and the game will run, when you will be in game main menu choose sign out then choose your gamer profile which you normally using and sign in . that helped me . i think its a bug or something like that.

Even after following your steps in your post lamis911 I still get unreadable disk errors. I also tried with installing the game on my harddrive however this does not work either. Could this have something to do with the new AP 2.5 security.

try to download this update now,i found it in another website and re-uploaded . i think last one was broken. Now delete old update and download it again . it is same numbers and media id but i think something wrong was inside last TU2.
